    Our investment strategy is straight forward and simple, and we stick to it! Of course, our investment strategy is checked on a regular basis and adapted to ever-changing market conditions.

    AAA LOCATIONS

    valoRizE usually only invests in top locations (Countries, Regions, Cities and, amongst cities, in AAA-locations only).

    ENERGY-EFFICIENT BUILDINGS AS A STANDARD

    valoRizE believes energy-efficient buildings (preferably labelled ones, such as Minergie, Leed, Breeam, DGNB, depending on location and type of building) will always have a greater appeal on the market.

    COUNTRIES

    valoRizE focuses its efforts and investments in specific countries and, within those countries, in specific regions. The availability of trusted local partners or a direct on-site presence and a sound knowledge of the local market are the keys of our success. valoRizE currently focuses its efforts in CH, UK, IT, DE, AT, FL.

    Of course, highly interesting opportunities in countries other than the selected ones will be evaluated and pursued, but only after an even deeper analysis.

    valoRizE closely monitors each project, whether directly managed or managed by one of our partners. Investors are updated on a regular basis.

    Depending on the business case, minimal or in-depth due diligence (market, legal, fiscal, technical, financial, environmental).

    THIRD-PARTY APPRAISALS

    For each project, a third-party appraisal is available, either via a FINMA or a RICS certified chartered surveyors.

    FORM OF OWNERSHIP

    Depending on the project and the need for our investors, different forms of ownership can be offered: direct, direct via company (equity and shareholder loan), direct via company (shares), fund, fund shares, certificates, direct loan, loan to a company, or a mix of the above forms.

    RETURN

    Return of projects is generated both with cash flows and average appreciation of assets.
